About the opportunity

As part of our Office Administration team, you will be the face of our office and a key player in keeping things running smoothly. This is a full-time in-office position.

Location: Downtown Montreal (Square Victoria Metro)

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Warmly welcoming clients and guests
  • Handling packages and office errands
  • Managing banking and post office tasks
  • Keeping our kitchen tidy and well-stocked
  • Distributing mail and managing daily mailings
  • Assisting with tax return assembly during busy seasons (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
  • Internal AR & AP assistance
  • Jumping in to support our team with various projects

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, especially in a professional setting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft suite
  • A willingness to learn or experience with tools like DocuSign, and of tax software (DT Max, DT Practice, ProSystem, CaseWare)
  • Comfort with technology
  • A collaborative and friendly attitude
